Many of their experiments referred only to interviews. For solution validation, that can be risky, because ‘bitchin’ ain’t switchin’. For instance, their pricing interviews were an airball. There are many frameworks to assess evidence, but they are probes, not truths. Take them as thinking tools to sharpen your mind.
Below is the non-linear confidence meter by Itamar Gilad. See how surveys are still ranked at 1-3, whereas actual results get to 7-10? That’s a huge gap. Thread lightly.
