Prateek’s Low-Hanging Fruit Method
The goal is to centralise every person you’ve ever digitally interacted with into one master sheet, and qualify these with his 4 criteria.
This is how you extract the data:
iPhone/Android: Use an app like “SA Contacts” to export your entire address book to CSV.
WhatsApp: Use a browser extension (like “WAWebPlus”) to scrape your chat list names and numbers.
LinkedIn: Go to Settings > Data Privacy > Get a copy of your data > Connections.
Email: Connect Attio or a similar CRM to your Gmail/Outlook. It will automatically pull every person you have ever emailed.
Now you make the master spreadsheet.
Create 4 columns next to each name and mark them 0 or 1:
Drama-Free: (1 = No personal baggage/history).
Truth-Teller: (1 = They give honest feedback, not “polite” lies).
Headspace: (1 = They are currently stable and can focus).
ICP Fit: (1 = They actually need the product).
Delete anyone who has a 0 in any column. What remains is your “low-hanging fruit” in cold outreach. Go get them!
